I am unable to access library portal/Primo, It says no user with such credentials

Answer

If you receive such a message, Make sure

1. Your account is active and password is in the required format.

2. Make sure to use your current RCSI username/password.

2. To enable cookies

3. Use Chrome or Firefox as your browser

4. Restart your computer and try again
